Deliver- & shipping costs for CDs/DVDs/audiobooks for end-users:

For MP3 downloads no shipping costs will be charged.

Orders over value of EUR 79,00 incl. VAT will be delivered free of shipping costs to the following countries: Austria, Germany. For orders below value of EUR 79,00 incl. VAT proportionate shipping costs, depending on the shipping destination,  will be charged. Shipping costs will shown on the invoice when going to the  cash.

For orders, to be shipped to EU-countries except: Austria, Germany, and for orders, to be shipped to Switzerland, Liechtenstein,  proportionate shipping costs, depending on the shipping destination,  will be charged. Shipping costs will shown on the invoice when going to the  cash.

For orders, to be shipped to island inside the EU, or any destinations outside the EU, please get in contact with us office(at)polyglobemusic.at  we will calculate for you the shipping costs and the best way of shipping.

Deliver- & shipping costs for retail-customers:

For orders from retail-customers shipping costs will be charged with the effective shipping costs by post, parcel-service, or shipping company. POYLYGLOEB MUSIC AUSTRIA has the right to choose the shipping company and tries always to find the cheapest and best way of shipping.
